Tring Brewery was established in 1992, built on a rich heritage of brewing, having taken place in the town for hundreds of years! Tring is a market town nestled in the foothills of the Chilterns, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with convenient links to London via train, and larger home-counties towns along the A414.
Tring Brewery is situated on picturesque Dunsley Farm – home to ducks, chickens and cows, alongside a farm shop and our bespoke brewhouse. Our brewery shop allows you to purchase beer fresh from the source in a variety of quantities, from 500ml bottles through to 72-pint firkins.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff are here to guide you through the range of products and there’s even a self-service sample bar open on Friday and Saturday. Tours of the brewery are run once a month on a Thursday and twice a month on a Saturday, with food pairings and heritage talks and other special events held throughout the year.
Tring Brewery is proud to champion the Chilterns, stocking local producers of chocolate, chutney, spirits, biltong and cider. Ciders from The Chiltern Cider Company, Lilley’s Cider and Dunkertons are on offer alongside mead from Hive Mind Meadery. For those seeking a taste of the exotic, the brewery shop also offers cured meats from Bossies Biltong, and an array of hot sauces from Grim Reaper Foods!
Amongst our selection of brewery merchandise you’ll find clothing, glassware, bottle openers, Golden Toad Memberships and of course, gift vouchers that can be redeemed against tours or anything in the shop.

If you cannot visit the brewery, we can send draught beer, bottled beer, merchandise, snacks, spirits, ciders and more to you via courier (draught beer can only be couriered on weekdays, in sizes 5 litres and under). Simply place your order online or by phone. Orders taken by midday will delivered the following day to mainland UK. Any orders placed on Friday before midday with arrive the following Monday.
Gift, Membership and Tour Vouchers are sent via email and once activated, Membership packs are sent by post.
