Delivery
All online orders from Tring Brewery are despatched via our chosen courier service, FedEx. Orders placed before midday will be despatched on the same day and aim to be delivered to your chosen address by the end of the following working day. Please note that, whilst FedEx are an ‘overnight’ courier, some dispatches may take up to two working days to be delivered. Please note we are only able to cancel an order before it is despatched, if you wish to cancel or amend your order please call us direct on 01442 890721.
Please be aware that overnight delivery may experience delays during national holidays as well as Christmas and other peak times.
Once your order has been accepted by our fulfilment team, we will package your items securely and book them in for the collection with our courier service. Once despatched, our courier service will take packages to your nearest FedEx depot, for delivery to your postal address soon thereafter.
Once we have accepted your order you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details for your delivery. If you are not present to accept your parcels they will be taken back to your courier local distribution centre, unless you have specified a change via your online tracking in advance.
If your order is returned to your local distribution centre, FedEx will make a further attempt to deliver, if this is unsuccessful you may be charged an RTS fee.
Please note that FedEx drivers are within their rights to operate a Challenge-25 policy and ask for proof of ID (alcohol can only be signed for by someone over the age of 18) and a signature to verify your identity.
All deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £8.50 per consignment. A consignment can contain multiple parcels under our flat rate charge. Our courier packaging can accommodate up to ~24x bottles per parcel. Tring Brewery reserve the right to adjust fees in line with courier surcharges.
All bottled beer is dispatched in fully compostable, robust cardboard packaging. The packaging is printed using environmentally friendly ink and sealed with eco-tape.
Please note, at this time Tring Brewery is only able to deliver to the UK mainland, with additional surcharges for deliveries within the Scottish Highlands.
Draught beer orders are packaged with a shelf-life of one-week unopened (and then three-to-four days once opened). Draught beer can only be couriered in 5 litres containers and under. For all draught beer courier orders, delivery will only be fulfilled on weekdays to ensure freshness. All draught orders placed on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be sent out Monday for delivery on Tuesday or shortly thereafter. One litre, two litre and three litre sizes will be packaged in one litre increments to ensure maximum freshness – our five litre size will be packaged in a presentation mini-keg.
Returns & Refunds
All orders placed online are non-refundable or exchangeable once they have been dispatched from the brewery unless goods are received damaged.
If goods are found to be damaged upon receipt, you are within your rights to refuse delivery. If delivery is refused the courier will communicate this with ourselves, and we will make contact to arrange a replacement or refund. If you notice damage after accepting your delivery, please contact us immediately on 01442 890721 or send an email with photographic evidence to [email protected].
If a refund is issued it may take 3-4 working days to process, and up to two days thereafter to show in your available balance. Missed delivery or damaged sustained to goods post-delivery is not the responsibility of Tring Brewery and will not be considered for refund or exchange.
