All online orders from Tring Brewery are dispatched via our chosen courier service, APC. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day and delivered to your chosen address by the end of the following working day. Please note we are only able to cancel an order before it is dispatched, if you wish to cancel or amend your order please call us direct on 01442 890721.

Please be aware that overnight delivery may experience delays during national holidays as well as Christmas and other peak times.

Once your order has been accepted by our fulfilment team, we will package your items securely and book them in for the collection with our courier service. Once dispatched, our courier service will take packages to your nearest APC depot, for delivery to your postal address soon thereafter.

Once we have accepted your order you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details for your delivery. If you are not present to accept your parcels they will be taken back to your local distribution centre, unless you have specified a secure drop point within your order notes. If your order is returned to your local distribution centre, APC will make 2 further attempts to deliver, if these are unsuccessful you may be charged for further attempted drops.

Please note that APC drivers are within their rights to ask for proof of ID (alcohol can only be signed for by someone over the age of 18) and a signature to verify your identity.

All deliveries under 20 kg are charged a flat rate of £7.50 per consignment, if your order is over 20KG the rates may increase to account for excess packaging and delivery requirements. Tring Brewery reserve the right to adjust fees in line with courier surcharges.

All bottled beer is dispatched in fully compostable, robust cardboard packaging. The packaging is printed using environmentally friendly ink and sealed with eco-tape.

Please note, at this time Tring Brewery is only able to deliver to the UK mainland, with additional surcharges for deliveries within the Scottish Highlands.

Returns & Refunds

All orders placed online are non-refundable or exchangeable once they have been dispatched from the brewery unless goods are received damaged.

If goods are found to be damaged upon receipt, you are within your rights to refuse delivery. If delivery is refused the courier will communicate this with ourselves, and we will make contact to arrange a replacement or refund. If a refund is issued it may take 3-4 working days to process, and up to two days thereafter to show in your available balance. Missed delivery or damaged sustained to goods post-delivery is not the responsibility of Tring Brewery and will not be considered for refund or exchange.
