We are pleased to offer a range of vegan suitable brews which are unfiltered and unfined. Our core range of vegan beers are Raven King IPA, Lunardi’s Pale and Alchemist Lager (Alchemist Lager is only vegan on draught at present, not in glass bottles), these are available in bottles and draught (keg) to takeaway, often complimented by seasonal vegan keg beers also (please check beer allergen data + contact us direct for seasonal vegan keg availability).
Like many other breweries we use a product called isinglass finings to help our core range cask beer clarify. Finings are produced from the swim bladders of fish, the active ingredient being collagen. This product would normally remain bound with yeast sediment in a barrel but as it is used in the brewing process is often seen as not suitable for vegans.
