This US pale manoeuvres its way across the palate with bright flashes of citrus fruits and pine. Lush aromas from Amarillo and Comet hops are dispatched from the glass, light in mouthfeel while full in flavour.
January monthly special – brewed in support of Berkhamsted and District Community First Responders, Tring Brewery’s charity of choice for 2026.
Food Pairing
Zing up a sleepy January weekend with grilled Chermoula-style halloumi and apricot skewers. Flavours of stone-fruit from the US hops will complement the apricot, whilst the beer’s pine-bitterness will cut through the fat and salinity of the grilled cheese.
