A firm thwack of pine and resin make this a true ‘West Coast’ American Pale. Steely US hops sit flush in a respectable amber body. Grapefruit notes are easily pried out of a rich honey, caramel palate.

Get the BBQ fired up, refreshing citrus flavours are going to wash away the salinity and tang of grilled halloumi burgers drizzled in a sweet chilli glaze, served on a bed of fresh salad – yum yum!
