Classic bitter with a brilliant tawny complexion. Autumnal notes of hedgerow fruits and gentle spice are afforded by Challenge and Kent Golding (UK) hops. An impressive mouthfeel echoes earthy notes with nutty, spicy undertones.
Food Pairing
As we move from beer gardens to roaring log fires, more hearty dishes are needed to compliment the local pub experience.
A rich, malty body with high notes of stewed-fruit from UK hops should go nicely with the BBQ-sauce tang of Hunters Chicken. Serve with chunky ‘pub-style’ chips, naturally!
