Tasting notes
Tring Brewery had great fun collaborating with local pit-masters Craft & Cleaver, brewing a beer using the key flavours of authentic American BBQ. The result is an epic pale ale, brewed with Bamberg malt and rye to bring wood-smoked notes to this light-coloured beer. Generous additions of fresh pineapples cut through notes of smoke, with bursts of bright, fruity aromas on the finish.

Beef brisket, pulled pork, pit beans and burnt ends.
