A first-place pale. This beers’ strikingly light complexion is paramount to its profile. Second-to-none US hops, Idaho 7, have been used to impart bright aromas.
June monthly special – brewed in support of Berkhamsted and District Community First Responders, Tring Brewery’s charity of choice for 2026.
Food Pairing
Light, bright and zippy. We’d recommend Japanese-style yuzu chicken with a side of tangy pickled slaw. Citric flavours from both the dish and the beer should blend pleasantly, whilst the hop character should cut through the chicken and pickle.
