Food Pairing
Add some ompft to that romantic Italian meal this Valentine’s. We recommend a nourishing yet piquant Chilli Crab Linguine. The dish’s bright and fresh flavour profile will work well with the fresh-bread and sweet-grain notes found in this ale’s malt bill – quelling the spice of the chilli. A soft, floral aroma from the hops acts to lift and refresh.
