Get ready to race head-first into a palate of sweet biscuit and caramel. Ernest hops have been used for a gentle bitterness, bringing each sip to a mellow, triumphant finish. This is a beer boasting sleds-loads of flavour.
March monthly special – brewed in support of Berkhamsted and District Community First Responders, Tring Brewery’s charity of choice for 2026.

Food Pairing
Leeks are in season! Chicken, tarragon and leek pie is pride of place on our March menu – sweet grain notes found in the beer match perfectly with the heavenly flavour of freshly baked pastry, whilst the light nature of the brew should cut and refresh through the nourishing Chicken and creamy sauce. Lightly-roasted malt notes should play well with tarragon herbs.
