Introducing The Piggeries, Tring Brewery’s on site taproom and courtyard. Fourteen lines of brewery fresh beer, complemented by local cider, wines and spirits. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday weekly, drinks are served from our eye-catching vintage bus – Olive. Take your tipple on the top-deck or step inside our barns. 160 seats await with a backdrop of rustic charm.
The Tring Brewery team cannot wait to welcome you. We’ve spent a year sympathetically restoring the barn here on Dunsley Farm, known historically as the Rothschild piggeries. We hope that you enjoy the bedazzling optics of our fairy-lit wooden beams, the roof over our interior drinking area. Finished with Welsh-slate tiles, reclaimed pub furniture and a litter of vintage mirrors and signage. Boutique and boozy.
Our aim is to offer the very best drinking experience – expect regular events. To start, we’ll have a street food vendor every Saturday from now through November. On food, Olive will be pedalling proper pub snacks; scratchings, crisps, pickled eggs, nuts and even gourmet scotch eggs (more on this to come). We encourage visitors to make use of our brilliant neighbours, Dunsley Farmshop, also. Their home-made dishes are simply fantastic.
Come rain or shine we’ll be here, with underfloor heating in the enclosed barns through winter, and an expansive courtyard area with canopies during the summer.
We are family-friendly, dog-friendly and we accept both card and cash (including American Express).
