Tring Brewery Co are excited to part of #Tryanuary for another year!
#Tryanuary started in 2015, with the purpose of driving footfall into local pubs and breweries in one of the toughest months of the year. To celebrate this year’s campaign Tring Brewery are launching four brand new beers, alongside two very special events at the Dunsley Farm brewhouse.
The duo of special events will see the brewery play host to both The Original Biltong Company and Mikkeller Running Club St.Albans.
The Mikkeller Running Club, a social group focused on beer and fitness, will take part in a 5K run around the leafy suburbs of Tring, concluding the day (Saturday 19th) with a free tasting and brewery tour.
The brewery will also see a special ‘Beer & Biltong’ pairing on Saturday January 26th, curated by The Original Biltong Company. The event will see many different styles of Tring ale paired with cured meats, prepared to authentic South-African recipes.
This event will coincide with the official launch of Death Or Glory Biltong, a beer cured biltong made with the brewery’s award winning Death Or Glory barleywine.
The beer cured biltong is believed to be a commercial world first.
The month of January will see a new beer launched every week in the brewery shop, with the first half of the month enjoying the inaugural monthly (Back In The Saddle) and seasonal specials (Citra Session) for the year. These releases will be succeeded by ‘Tryanaury Amber’ and ‘Coconut Stout’ in the third and fourth quarters of the month, the former an American style session beer, the latter a 6.0% winter warmer, brewed using real coconut.
